Shipping and Local Delivery Policy

VitaNest currently offers local delivery only to eligible addresses within approximately 5 km of Kharadi, Pune.

A ₹40 local delivery charge applies at checkout. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping or store pickup.

Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. In-stock orders are normally delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timing may vary depending on customer availability, weather and local conditions.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and working phone number. Orders outside our current delivery area may be cancelled.

If we cannot deliver an order on the agreed attempt, we will contact the customer to arrange another time. An additional delivery charge may apply for a further attempt when the failed delivery resulted from an incorrect address or customer unavailability.

Please inspect the package at delivery. Do not accept a package that appears opened, unsealed or materially damaged. Contact VitaNest promptly using the details listed in our Contact Information if there is a delivery problem.
